What personal data do we collect about you?
When you visit our website, you are given the opportunity to give us your personal data, through 'contact us' forms and/or 'sign up for a newsletter' form. This includes your full name, email address, IP/MAC address and any other personal data you send us within the forms.
The data you send goes straight into our email server and our CRM system. See the section "Who do we share your data with?" for more information.
How will we use that personal data?
'Contact Us' - we use your data to respond to your request. We will hold it for 12 months from date we last contact you, and then it will be deleted. We will only use it to contact you about your enquiry.
'Sign up for a newsletter' - we use your data to send you the relevant newsletter. Every newsletter contains an 'unsubscribe' button if you ever change your mind. We will retain your data for 12 months from the date of your final newsletter.
What about cookies?
Edible cookies - we prefer donuts but drop us an email if you want any recommendations.
What is our legal basis for processing your personal data?
We need a legal basis in order to process your personal data. For the personal data you give us through our website, the legal basis is legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest is that we want to respond to your enquiry or send you the newsletter you have requested.

Do we transfer your personal data outside of the EU or EEA?
Microsoft host our data in the EU, but HubSpot are based in the USA. We carried out a full Data Privacy Impact Assessment before signing up with both and can confirm that they share our ethos when it comes to Data Protection. Do we use any automated decision making?
We do not use any automated decision making.
Your rights as a data subject
The GDPR gives you rights as a data subject. You have:
1. the right to request from us access to your personal data;
2. the right to request from us rectification of your personal data;
3. the right to request from us erasure of your personal data;
4. the right to request from us restriction of processing your personal data;
5. the right to object to our processing of your personal data;
6. the right of data portability;
7. the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before you withdrew it; and
8. You have the right to complain to the ICO.
